Verified digital ownership
MYTOWN Ink (Pty) Ltd uses verified wallets and digital ownership records to connect eligible digital assets to rights recorded in the company’s formal share register.
What you are acquiring
The number of company shares represented by a digital asset must be stated in its issue record. It is not automatically one NFT for one company share.

Each issued digital ownership asset must specify how many ordinary company shares it represents. Different assets may represent different quantities.
An asset may represent 200 ordinary shares out of the company’s total 1,000,000 shares. The issue record and formal register must match.
The verified wallet controlling the eligible digital asset is used to establish control within the MY.TOWN investor system.
The company share register records the relevant shareholder, certificate or digital asset reference, share class and number of shares.
How it works
Register through the MY.TOWN investor process and provide the required identity and contact details.
Link a digital wallet to your investor profile. The dashboard should guide new investors through wallet setup.
Complete the approved purchase process and receive the digital ownership record linked to a stated number of shares.
Use the investor dashboard to verify ownership, review the linked allocation and access applicable investor information.
Investor participation
Benefits are not created by possession of an unverified token alone. They depend on the issue terms, company records and applicable legal requirements.
Digital ownership assets linked to MYTOWN Ink shares should not be marketed as freely tradable through any external marketplace. Transfers must occur inside the approved MY.TOWN ecosystem so that wallet verification, company records and the share register remain aligned.
Where MYTOWN Ink elects to buy an eligible allocation back, the current internal framework uses the dashboard value less a 10% MYTOWN fee. Estimated share value growth is capped at a maximum of 15% per annum from the applicable purchase date. A buyback is subject to the approved rules, company capacity and final transaction terms. It is not an unconditional guarantee.
Important information
The investor page should explain the framework without making promises that the company cannot lawfully or commercially guarantee.
