How do I use the Hashtag MY.TOWN hubs?
Just show your Premium profile QR code at the entrance. Your membership will be verified on the spot.
What if I cancel later?
No contracts. Cancel anytime. Your profile stays active — you just lose Premium features until you rejoin.
Can I delete my account completely?
Yes. You can request full deletion of your profile, data, and membership via your dashboard or by contacting support. We take privacy seriously — once deleted, it's gone for good.
Will I get a Founder NFT automatically?
Yes — as long as Founder Perks are still available, your NFT is issued automatically once you join and complete payment.
